We hope that you've found this site comprehensive and persuasive, and that the information provided has enabled you to make an informed decision about your application. Before you apply, please ensure you have read the role profile in detail.
Please note that this role is open only to candidates based in the EU.
Systemic Justice is being supported by Cadence Partners in this process. If you have any specific queries which are not answered on this site, please contact our advisors at Cadence Partners. If you require the candidate material in an alternative format or you’d like to submit your response in a different format – such as video or BSL – please get in touch and we can support you in doing this.
Please submit one combined document comprising:
1. A comprehensive CV which demonstrates how you match the candidate profile.
2. Please also answer the following three questions based on role-profile criteria (no more than 250 words per answer). To de-bias the evaluation process, we ask that you do not include any personal information on this document.
i. Describe one concrete example of how you have operationalised anti-oppressive principles within HR, people or organisational culture. What did you change, and what difference did it make in practice?
ii. Systemic Justice is entering a period of significant growth. What do you see as the biggest risk to organisational culture during rapid expansion, and how would you address it in a remote, values-led organisation?
iii. If appointed, what would be your top three priorities in your first six months as Head of HR, People and Culture at Systemic Justice, and why?
The completed document should be submitted to our application portal.
If you have any queries about the process, please email systemicjustice-hr@cadencepartners.co.uk
